高餐大畢業生，您好！
國立高雄餐旅大學目前是台灣唯一通過 THE-ICE 國際認證的大學。畢業生可申請由 THE-ICE 與高餐大共同核發的證書，作為國際教育認證的佐證。
若同學有意願申請THE-ICE證書，請填寫此份申請，待畢業資格確認後，將寄送 THE-ICE 證書電子檔至您填寫的電子郵件信箱。
Dear NKUHT Graduates,
National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) is currently the only university in Taiwan accredited by THE-ICE (The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education). Graduates may apply for the diploma supplement jointly issued by THE-ICE and NKUHT as evidence of having completed an internationally accredited education program.If you would like to apply for a THE-ICE diploma supplement, please complete this application form. Once your graduation eligibility has been confirmed, an electronic copy of the certificate will be sent to the email address you provide.
申請資格：2026年6月起取得畢業資格的高餐大學生。
Eligibility: NKUHT students who have obtained graduation eligibility in or after June 2026.
