亞太旅行協會（PATA）為亞太地區具影響力的國際觀光組織，致力於促進觀光產業發展、永續旅遊及跨國合作。本校藉由參與PATA平台，強化與國際觀光產業及學術機構之連結，提升學生國際視野與產業接軌能力。

 Institut Lyfe（原Institut Paul Bocuse 保羅·博古斯學院）

Institut Lyfe為法國知名餐旅與廚藝教育機構，在餐飲管理、廚藝創新及餐旅教育領域享有盛譽。本校與 Institut Lyfe 建立合作關係，透過學生交換、海外研修、學術交流及專業課程合作等方式，促進雙方師生國際交流與學習。藉由引進國際餐旅教育資源與創新教學理念，本校持續培育具備國際視野與全球競爭力之餐旅專業人才。
