- Bring required documents for the registration 攜帶報到文件
- Don’t bring any meat or agricultural products, as these are prohibited by law. Also, if you will be living on-campus, don’t bring cooking utensils, as cooking is not allowed in the dorm.
請勿攜帶任何肉品或農產品，這是違法的。另外，若同學住校，因宿舍不能煮食，也請不要攜帶烹飪器具。
- Living expenses for the 1st month are estimated at NT$10,000 ~ 12,000.
第一個月請準備大概NT$10,000-12,000生活費。
- You don’t need to bring very heavy winter clothing, as the climate in Kaohsiung is mostly tropical and has average temperatures ranging from 18°C to 36°C; however, cold weather systems can result in temperatures dropping to 10°C, so do prepare some warmer clothing that you can layer on as needed.
衣物不用帶太厚重，因為臺灣高雄的氣溫18-36度。
- Make sure your bank card from your home country can be used to withdraw cash overseas.

￭ Voltage and socket type 電壓和插座
- The most commonly voltage used in Taiwan is 110V. Please check the electronics you bring to see if they can be used in Taiwan.
在臺灣一般用電壓是110V，請確認你攜帶的電器用品可以在臺灣使用。
- The sockets in Taiwan are 2 pin or 3 pin (see picture). You will need to bring a plug adapter if your electronics plugs are different from these.
在臺灣插座是2-3孔，如圖。如果你的電器插頭不一樣，請攜帶轉接插頭。
￭ Mobile Information 手機資訊
There are several mobile companies that provide different phone and data packages. Most students bring their own cell phones and buy a SIM card in Kaohsiung International airport (estimated NT$4,500-5,000/4.5 months/unlimited data).
這邊有很多電信公司提供不一樣的手機方案。多數學生可以帶自己的手機來高雄國際機場買SIM卡就可以使用(約NT$4,500-5,000/4.5月/無線上網)
