NKUHT Tuition Waiver Programs 2024-2025 Academic Year Selection
一、報名資格: Eligibility for Registration
(一)、本校日四技二各系、進四技二餐管/旅館/航運/行銷系/旅運系三年級之在學學 生。All 2nd year NKUHT students / Only 3rd year of Travel Management students
(二)、具英語溝通能力、會該國語言尤佳。Ability to communicate in English and the language of the country is preferred.
(三)、 符合資格條件: 滿足其中一項即可 Eligibility: Meeting any one of the following criteria is sufficient.
1. 參加「國際事務處國際教育週場次」Participated in “IAO International Education Week”
2. 觀看過EE-Class 3學習平台Watched the EE-Class 3 learning platform

四、報名流程 How to Apply
- 於報名截止前完成google 表單Click here (點我)
To sign up for joining the face to face Interview and send all related required documents before December 21, 2023 (Thursday) by 5pm.
2. 繳交資料Required Documents:
a. 英文履歷表一份 (格式如下方附件檔案) 。English Application Form (please find the attached file)
b. 前一學年上下學期成績單英文版一份 (請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。
Official English Transcript of All Academic Years from Academic Affairs Office
備註: 申請日本姊妹校者:
a. 日文履歷表一份(格式如下方檔案)
b. 前一學年上下學期成績單中文版一份(請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。
3. 語文能力檢定證明、得獎紀錄證明、其他專業能力證書等(檢附者尤佳)
Language Certificate Requirement, Certificate of winning record or other professional certificates in English
4. 資料繳交方式 The way of Required Documents
所有檔案，請務必以電子檔繳交
a. 電子檔格式：PDF檔。All the require documents, students have to put them into ONE file then send to judychen@staff.nkuht.edu.tw
b. 每一份資料檔名編輯：班級-學號-姓名-資料名稱。The name of File: Class-Student ID- Name, 例如：餐飲2A-40XXXXXX-高小餐- 語文能力檢定證明TOEIC or JLPT
五、報名/資料繳交截止日期：The Deadline of Application Form
- 即日起至2023年12月21日(四) 下午5點前。(請注意!需同時線上報名及繳交相關資料，才算符合報名資格) From now until 17:00 on December 21, 2023 (Thu). (Please note! Online registration and submission of relevant information are required at the same time to be eligible for registration)
2. 請各位同學務必配合繳交期限，逾時恕不受理。Please be sure to comply with the document deadline. Overtime will not be accepted.
六、預定面試日期: Scheduled interview date
預計2023年12月27日（星期三），詳細資訊將待國際處後續公告面試名單及日期。
On Wednesday, December 27, 2023, detailed information will be provided subsequently by the International Affairs Office regarding the interview list and date.
備註：如無法順利前往或因當地政府禁發簽證等原因，本處將不另行辦理甄選，轉由研發處協助同學參加國內實習甄選。
Note: In case of attendance challenges or visa restrictions by local authorities, our office won't proceed with additional selection. The Research and Development Office will aid students in domestic internship selections.
