In addition to applying for study programs through the Office of International Affairs, students may also apply for the internship programs in Singapore and Japan organized by the Office of Research and Development!

請選擇您要參加的方案，並點選該方案需繳交之資料
Please select the program you wish to participate in and click on the required documents for that program.

* 請下載要繳交資料文件後，親自繳交紙本文件(要繳交資料)至國際處。（詳情請參閱下方附件）
* Please download the required documents and submit the printed copies in person to the International Office. (For details, please refer to the attachment below.)

繳交資料 Required Documents

(1) 英文版歷年成績單一份（需彩色並清晰）
(1) One copy of the academic transcript from all previous years (English version / color copy and cleared required)

(2) 語言證書一份(需彩色並清晰），<至2025年起計算，於2年內考取，可於2027年3月3日前補繳>
(2) One copy of an Language proficiency certificate (color copy and cleared required) , Certificates obtained within 2 years starting from 2025 are acceptable and can be submitted by March 3rd, 2027 at the latest.

(3) 護照照片頁一份(需彩色並清晰），如護照已過期，請先繳交過期護照之照片頁，並於申請新護照後補繳有效護照之照片頁。如目前尚無護照，則可於錄取後再行申辦並補繳。
(3) One copy of the passport photo page (color copy  and cleared required)
Applicants whose passports have expired should submit a copy of the bio-data page of their expired passport first and provide a copy of the new, valid passport once it has been issued. Applicants who do not currently hold a passport may apply for one after being admitted and submit a copy of the passport bio-data page thereafter.

繳交方式 Submission Method 

請於 2026年11月13日（星期五）中午12:00前，親自繳交所有申請文件。所有資料皆須以紙本形式提交至國際事務處，逾期恕不受理。
Please personally submit all application documents in hard copy to the International Affairs Office before Friday, November 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
 

學費減免名額之審查與遴選 Tuition Waiver Selection

學費減免名額有限，若符合資格之申請人數超過可提供之名額，將依下列原則進行遴選：
Tuition waiver opportunities are limited. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the available quota, the following selection criteria will apply:

優先順序： 符合申請資格且已繳交語言能力檢定證明者，將優先錄取。
Priority Consideration: Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements and have submitted the Language proficiency certificate will be given priority.

成績排序： 若符合前述條件(優先順序)之申請人數仍超過可提供之名額，將依前一學年平均學業成績由高至低排序，擇優錄取。
Academic Ranking: If the number of applicants who meet the above priority criteria still exceeds the available quota, applicants will be ranked in descending order based on their average academic grades from the previous academic year, and those with higher averages will be given priority.
