◆ Students holding the resident visa 持居留簽證者

Students must complete registration within three days of arrival on campus and are required to apply online for a Republic of China (Taiwan) Resident Certificate (ARC) within 30 days of entry into Taiwan.

Please prepare following documents and apply for the ARC online.

(If there are any changes to the regulations or required documents, the announcements on the National Immigration Agency website shall prevail.)

1. Passport
2. Visa
3. NKUHT Letter of Admission
4. NKUHT Certificate of Enrollment
5. Proof of NKUHT accommodation or off-campus lease agreement
6. A recent, color, uncovered head photo taken within the last two (2) years (following the same specifications as a Taiwan national ID photo)

務必於到校後3日內完成註冊，並於入境後30天內，準備以下文件於線上辦理中華民國居留證(ARC) 。

1. 護照
2. 簽證
3. 高餐大入學許可函
4. 高餐大在學證明
5. 高餐大住宿證明或校外租屋合約
6. 近二年內正面彩色脫帽相片(同臺灣國民身分證相片規格)

◆ Students holding the visitor visa 持停留簽證者

    No application for ARC is required.

    免辦居留證。

【注意 Notice】

 (1)Applying for the ARC 申請居留證：

   The photo must meet the following requirements: color photo, in a white background, taken within

   the latest two years, in which the applicant does not wear a hat and/or colored glasses and applicants' 

   eyes, nose, mouth, face, ears, contour(s), special mole(s), birthmark(s), scar(s), and others are not covered.

   The photo must not be modified.

    照片須為：正面彩色脫帽照片，以為白底背景，最近二年內拍攝且未戴有色眼鏡，眼、鼻、口、臉、兩耳輪廓及

    特殊痣、胎記、疤痕等清晰、不遮蓋，相片不修改等。
