一、報名資格: Eligibility for Registration

(一)、四技二年級：各系所有日夜間部學生

四技三年級：休憩系、旅運系、航運系學生、烘焙管理系3B學生

五專三年級：廚藝科

Year 2 Students: All second-year students from all four-year programs (Day & Evening divisions.)

Year 3 Students (Four-Year Programs): Department of Leisure and Recreation Management, Department of Travel Management, Department of Airline and Transport Service Management, Department of Baking Technology and Management (Class 3B)

Year 3 Students (Five-Year Junior Programs): Department of Culinary Arts

(二)、符合資格條件: 1.參加國際教育週 2.符合姊妹校的語言門檻

Eligibility: 1. Participate in International Education Week.

2. Meet the language requirements of key partner universities.

三、甄選評分標準 Selection Criteria

學業成績:40 %

操行成績:20 %

競賽/社團/參與課外活動資料:40 %

Selection criteria are as below:

Academic grades: 40%

Conduct grades: 20%

Participation in competitions, clubs, extracurricular activities: 40%

*選校志願序將依給大家填寫的國際處2026-27海外研修暨實習志願調查表回覆為主，恕不接受無任何原因要求更改志願序!

*The selection of preferred partner universities will be based on the responses submitted in the International Affairs Office 2026–27 Overseas Study and Internship Program Preference Survey. Requests to change the order of preferences will not be accepted without valid reasons.

四、繳交資料Required Documents:

a. 英文履歷表一份 (格式如下方附件檔案) 。English Application Form (please find the attached file)

b. 前一學年上下學期成績單英文版一份 (請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。

申請日本姊妹校者:

a. 日文履歷表一份(格式如下方檔案)

b. 前一學年上下學期成績單中文版一份(請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。

c. 語文能力檢定證明、得獎紀錄證明、其他專業能力證書等(檢附者尤佳)

Language Certificate Requirement, Certificate of winning record or other professional certificates in English

d. 家長同意書 (格式如下方檔案)

Parental consent form (please see as attached)

若不知道國家和研修學校，請先填好其他資訊。

If the country and the exchange school are not yet determined, please complete other information first.

*家長同意書請家長和學生親自簽名和蓋章。

*The Parental Consent Form must be signed and stamped in person by both parent and student.

4. 資料繳交方式 The way of Required Documents

所有檔案，請務必以紙本繳交至國際處

Please submit all the required documents to the International Affairs Office.

五、資料繳交截止日期：The Deadline of Submission

即日起至2025年10月31日(五) 16:00點前。
