NKUHT Study Abroad Programs 2025-2026 Academic Year Selection 

付費方案-瑞士 雷赫士全球飯店管理大學、格里昂飯店管理大學

Paid Programs - Les Roches & Glion, Switzerland

一、參加資格 Eligibility

    (一)、本校日四技二各系、進四技二餐管/旅館/航運/行銷系/旅運系三年級之在學學生。

All 2nd year NKUHT students / 3^rd year of Travel Management students

    (二)、符合資格條件: 1.參加國際教育週  2. 參加該校招生說明會  3.符合姊妹校的語言門檻

Eligibility: 1. Participate in International Education Week. 

2.  Attended information session of the said university.

3. Meet the language requirements of key partner universities.

    (三)、英語能力門檻Language Requirement:

    學術雅思-Overall 6.0 以上 (每部份不能低於5.5)

    IELTS- Overall score of 5.5-6.0 or above (with no less than 5.5 in each component).

  二、報名流程 How to Apply

     *繳交書面資料前，請親送家長同意書至國際處 (格式如下方附件檔案)

*家長同意書請家長和學生親自簽名和蓋章。

(付費方案，一次只能申請一間學校。家長同意書繳交後不得再修改志願!!!

繳交期限: 2024年11月15日（下午17:00前）

The Parental consent form must be submitted to the International Affairs Office before mailing the required documents as below (Please see file as attached).

*The  Parental Consent Form must be signed and stamped in person by both parent and student.
 

(For the Paid program, only one school can be applied at a time. Once the Parental Consent Form is submitted, no changes to school application can be requested!)

Submission deadline: Nov.15, 2024 (before 17:00)

    (一)、繳交資料Required Documents

1. 歷年成績單一份（英文版/需彩色掃描）
2. 英文語言證書一份(需彩色掃描），<至2024年起計算，於2年內考取>
3. 護照照片頁一份(需彩色掃描）
4. 申請表 (如附件)

1. transcript in English
2. A color copy of your English language certificate, issued within the last 2 years (if English is not your first language)
3. A color copy of the picture page of your passport
4. Application Form

(二)、繳交方式 Submission

      1. 請在2024年11月15日（下午17:00前）提供所有書面資料。

         Above all required documents, please give me by Nov.15, 2024 (before 17:00)

     *缺漏件不予受理，逾時不候  Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

    2. 資料繳交方式 The way of Required Documents

 所有檔案，請務必以紙本繳交至國際處及上各校表單填寫處完成填寫

a. 電子檔格式：PDF檔。All the require documents, students have to put them into ONE PDF file and send to s1130603@mail.nkuht.edu.tw

b. 每一份資料檔名編輯：班級-學號-姓名-資料名稱-申請學校。The name of File: Class-Student ID- Name- IELTS -ICHM, 例如：餐飲2A-40XXXXXX-高小餐- 語文能力檢定證明 IELTS -Humber
