     Please complete your resident visa application within the deadline after completing registration and

     apply for the Republic of China (Taiwan) Resident Certificate (ARC) online.

     請於期限內完成居留簽證申請，並線上辦理居留證(ARC)。

◆ Students holding the resident certificate (ARC) for studying at NKUHT 持就讀本校居留證(ARC)的學生

   (1) ARC Extension 居留證延期

    Please apply online for the ARC extension within three (3) months prior to the expiration of the

    residence period. Applicants are required to prepare relevant documents, including a passport,

    current ARC, proof of enrollment certificate, and rental lease agreement/dorm resident certificate.

     請在居留期限屆滿前三個月內於線上辦理居留證(ARC)延期申請，請備妥相關文件(如護照、原居留證、

     在學證明、租屋契約等)。

    (2) ARC Information Change 居留證資料異動更新

      Please apply to change personal information online within the specified period. Those who fail to apply as required

      shall be subject to a fine according to the law.

      請於期限內於線上提出變更申請，未依規定辦理者，依法處罰鍰。    

【注意 Notice】

(1)Applying for the ARC 申請居留證：

   The photo must meet the following requirements: color photo, in a white background, taken within

   the latest two years, in which the applicant does not wear a hat and/or colored glasses and applicants' 

   eyes, nose, mouth, face, ears, contour(s), special mole(s), birthmark(s), scar(s), and others are not covered.

   The photo must not be modified.

    照片須為：正面彩色脫帽照片，以為白底背景，最近二年內拍攝且未戴有色眼鏡，眼、鼻、口、臉、兩耳輪廓及

    特殊痣、胎記、疤痕等清晰、不遮蓋，相片不修改等。
