2.會議時程表 Conference Schedule

3.接受函 Letter of Acceptance for Oral Presentation

4.擬發表之論文內容Contents of the paper to be published

5.機票/註冊費費用證明資料 Airfare/Registration Fee Supporting Documents

6.未向其他機關申請補助之證明  The Certificate of Non-application for Subsidies from Other Agencies

回國後核銷金費所需文件The documents required for reimbursement:

1.申請表核准影本 A copy of the approved application form

2.出國報告書（紙本與電子檔）、審核表（已核章）The report of going abroad (both hard copy and soft copy)、 review form (with official stamps)

報告書電子檔請寄至 alice98@mail.nkuht.edu.tw。

Please send the soft copy of the report to  alice98@mail.nkuht.edu.tw.

3.提交四筆 QS 推薦人名單 Submit four QS nomination lists

4.登機證 Boarding pass(正本Original)

5.機票/註冊費收據  Airfare/Registration fee receipt (有航班資訊的電子機票 e-ticket with flight details)

6.假單 Leave request form

7.行程 Schedule

8.領據(已簽名)及存摺封面 Receipt(signed) and Passbook cover
