本校高教深耕補助研究生出席國際會議實施要點 NKUHT Key Points of the Implementation of Subsidizing Postgraduate Students in Higher Education to Attend International Conferences and Meetings

因2026年補助預算已全數分配完畢，2026年度補助計畫將不再受理任何申請案件。

Due to the full allocation of the 2026 subsidy budget, the application period for the 2026 funding program has now closed. No additional applications will be accepted.

申請所需文件The documents required for application:

1.申請表 Application form

2.會議時程表 Conference Schedule

3.口頭發表接受函 Letter of Acceptance for Oral Presentation

4.擬發表之論文內容Contents of the paper to be published

5.機票/註冊費費用證明資料 Airfare/Registration Fee Supporting Documents

6.未獲其他機關申請補助之證明 The Certificate of Not Receiving Subsidies from Other Agencies

回國後核銷金費所需文件The documents required for reimbursement:

1.申請表核准影本 A copy of the approved application form

2.出國報告書（紙本與電子檔）、審核表（已核章）The report of going abroad (both hard copy and soft copy)、 review form (with official stamps)

報告書電子檔請寄至 alice98@mail.nkuht.edu.tw。

Please send the soft copy of the report to alice98@mail.nkuht.edu.tw.

3.提交四筆 QS 推薦人名單 QS nomination lists(Four Names)

4.登機證 Boarding pass(正本Original)

5.機票／註冊費收據 Airfare/Registration fee receipt（含航班資訊之電子機票 e-ticket with flight details），以及信用卡該期帳單 credit card statement for the corresponding billing period

6.假單(如有請假) Leave request form(if applicable)

7.行程 Schedule

8.領據(已簽名)及存摺封面 Receipt(signed) and Passbook cover

請務必於會議舉行前三個星期前，將相關資料繳交至國際長室（A410）。

Please ensure that all required documents are submitted to the Dean of International Affairs Office (A410) no later than three weeks prior to the meeting date.

本要點經費由高教深耕計畫項下支應。當年度補助經費用罄時，不再受理當年度申請。

These Key Points are funded by Higher Education Sprout Project. When the subsidy for the current year is exhausted, no more applications for the current year will be accepted.
