NKUHT Study Abroad Programs 2026-27 Academic Year Selection 

付費方案 - 加拿大 漢堡學院
Paid Program - Humber Polytechnic, Canada

First、參加資格 Eligibility

(1)、科系：本校日間部四技二年級各系、四技三年級（休閒暨遊憩管理系、旅運管理系、航空暨運輸服務管理系、烘焙管理系3B班），以及五專部三年級廚藝科在學生。
(1)、Departments： Currently enrolled students in the second year of the four-year day program, third year of the four-year day program (Department of Leisure and Recreation Management, Department of Travel Management, Department of Airline and Transport Service Management, and Baking Technology and Management class 3B), and third-year students in the five-year junior college (Culinary Arts).

(2)、符合資格條件：參加國際教育週 or 參加該校招生說明會
(2)、Eligibility criteria：Participate in International Education Week or attended information session of the said university.

(3)、英語能力門檻 ：學術雅思 Overall 5.0 以上 ( 聽說讀寫每項不得低於 5.0) 等同多益600分 或 通過Humber 筆試及口試測驗 ( 該項考試於高餐大辦理，10/27筆試，10/31線上口試 )。
(3)、Language Requirement：Academic IELTS overall score of 5.0 or higher(with no individual skill lower than 5.0), equivalent to TOEIC 600 or Humber written and online interview tests (this test is administered at NKUHT; written test is arranged on October 27th and online interview is arranged on October 31th)
 

Second、報名流程 How to Apply

* 請先進入 加拿大漢堡學院徵選啟動頁面 完成表單填寫
* Please first go to the Humber Polytechnic Application Open page and complete the form.

* 若免參加筆試的同學，請下載要繳交資料文件後，親自繳交紙本文件(要繳交資料)及家長同意書至國際處。（詳情請參閱下方附件）
* Please download the required documents, and personally submit the printed documents (the required documents) along with the parental consent form to the International Office. (For details, please refer to the attachment below.)

* 家長同意書請家長和學生親自簽名和蓋章。
* The parental consent form must be personally signed and stamped by both the parent and the student.

(付費方案：一次只能申請一間學校。除非未順利甄選上；得再參加另一家學校甄試。家長同意書繳交後不得再修改志願!!!)
(Paid program：  You can only apply to one school at a time. Unless you don’t get accepted, you can apply for another program. Once the parental consent form is submitted, you cannot modify your application preferences!!!)

繳交期限： 2025年10月31日(五)  17:00前
Deadline：Before 17:00PM on Monday, October 31, 2025

Third、要繳交資料Required Documents

(1) 英文版歷年成績單一份（需彩色並清晰）
(1) One copy of the academic transcript from all previous years (English version / color copy and cleared required)

(2) 英文語言證書一份(需彩色並清晰），<至2024年起計算，於2年內考取，可於2026年2月開學前補繳>
(2) One copy of an English language proficiency certificate (color copy and cleared required) , Certificates obtained within 2 years starting from 2024 are acceptable and can be submitted by February 2026 at the latest.

(3) 護照照片頁一份(需彩色並清晰）
(3) One copy of the passport photo page (color copy  and cleared required)

Fourth、繳交方式 

1. 請在 2025年10月31日(五) 17:00前 親送書面資料。
Please send the electronic files and personally deliver the hard copy documents before Friday, October 31, 2025, at 17:00 PM.

*缺漏件不予受理，逾時不候  
*Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

2. 資料繳交方式 The way of Required Documents

所有資料請以紙本形式繳交至國際處。
All documents should be submitted in hard copy to the International Office.
