- 教育部僑生學業輔導、教育部僑生輔導經費業務。
Ministry of Education academic counseling for overseas Chinese students, and administration of the Ministry of Education’s funding for overseas Chinese student support services.
- 僑生工讀金及學習扶助金業務、僑生工作許可、居留證申請/延期/諮詢。
Administration of work-study grants and learning assistance grants for overseas Chinese students; work permit applications for overseas Chinese students; and application, extension, and consultation services for residence permits.
- 輔導僑生社團及辦理各項活動與經費核銷。
Advising overseas Chinese student associations, organizing various activities, and handling expense reimbursement procedures.
- 僑生保險，協助僑生新生傷病醫療保險申請、理賠及請款等相關事宜。
New overseas Chinese student insurance, including assistance with applications, claims, and reimbursement procedures for medical and injury insurance.
- 維護僑生網頁、僑生系統更新及境外生資料管理資訊系統(僑生)更新與維護。
Maintenance of the overseas Chinese student webpage, updates to the overseas Chinese student system, and updating and maintaining the International Student Information Management System (for overseas Chinese students).
- 協助僑生相關事務。

- 辦理教育部或僑務委員會舉辦之活動。
