NKUHT Tuition Waiver Programs 2025-2026 Academic Year Selection

一、報名資格: Eligibility for Registration

(一)、本校日四技二各系、進四技二餐管/旅館/航運/行銷系/旅運系三年級之在學學生。All 2nd year NKUHT students / 3^rd year of Travel Management students

(二)、符合資格條件: 1.參加國際教育週 2.符合姊妹校的語言門檻

Eligibility: 1. Participate in International Education Week. 2. Meet the language requirements of key partner universities.

三、報名流程和評分標準 How to Apply and Selection Criteria

填寫學費減免方案志願google表單，請選填5個志願。

表單截止日: 2024年11月13日(四) 下午5點

*請注意: 語言能力門檻須符合各校規定

*此表單只開放填寫一次，日後不接受任何形式的志願序更改。

甄選評分標準如下:

學業成績:40 %
操行成績:20 %
競賽/社團/參與課外活動資料:40 %

Submission deadline: November 13, 2024 (Wednesday) 17:00PM

*Please note: Language proficiency requirements must meet the regulations of each school.

* This form can only be submitted once, and no changes to the order of preferences will be accepted in the future.

Selection criteria is as below:

Academic grades: 40%
Conduct grades: 20%
Participation in competitions, clubs, extracurricular activities: 40%

2. 繳交資料Required Documents:

a. 英文履歷表一份 (格式如下方附件檔案) 。English Application Form (please find the attached file)

b. 前一學年上下學期成績單英文版一份 (請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。

Official English Transcript of All Academic Years from Academic Affairs Office

備註: 申請日本姊妹校者:

a. 日文履歷表一份(格式如下方檔案)

b. 前一學年上下學期成績單中文版一份(請務必至教務處申請正式版) 。

3. 語文能力檢定證明、得獎紀錄證明、其他專業能力證書等(檢附者尤佳)

Language Certificate Requirement, Certificate of winning record or other professional certificates in English

4. 資料繳交方式 The way of Required Documents

所有檔案，請務必以電子檔繳交

a. 電子檔格式：PDF檔。All the require documents, students have to put them into ONE PDF file and send to s1130603@mail.nkuht.edu.tw

b. 每一份資料檔名編輯：班級-學號-姓名-資料名稱。The name of File: Class-Student ID- Name, 例如：餐飲2A-40XXXXXX-高小餐- 語文能力檢定證明TOEIC or JLPT

四、報名/資料繳交截止日期：The Deadline of Application

缺漏件不予受理，逾時不候 Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

即日起至2024年11月13日(四) 下午5點前。(請注意!須同時填寫學費減免方案志願google表單及繳交相關資料，才算符合報名資格)

From now until 17:00 on November 13, 2024 (Wed). (Please note that filling out the google form for the tuition waiver program and submission of relevant information are required at the same time to be eligible for registration)
