如欲參加義大利 FUA-AUF線上說明會及面試的同學請務必先填寫附件問卷
Students who wish to attend the online information session and interview for FUA-AUF, please fill out the attached questionnaire first.

**注意事項**
(1)適合本校日夜四技二年級各系及旅運/航運系/五專部 三年級之在學學生。
The programs are suitable for: All year 2 students from all depts and year 3 students from the Dept of Travel Management, Dept of Culinary Arts and Dept of Airline and Transport Service Management.
(2)本活動採現場簽到，未參加此說明會的同學，不可參加FUA-AUF方案的甄選。
請於說明會開始前10分鐘完成線上簽到
Please complete the online check-in 10 minutes before the start of the information session
The event is held physically. The signature attendance record will be one of the requirements to join the FUA-AUF program selection process.
