          Required Documents for USF :

  (1) USF 申請表格 – 請參閱附件

  (2) 個別附上的資訊 :其他語言證書(其他專業或活動證書)

Additional Information: Proof of other language certificates (certificates in other disciplines or activities)

  (3) 提交英文版的歷屆成績單 (有排名的) – 您可以在行政大樓一樓使用機器進行申請

Submission of the original English version of previous academic transcripts (with rankings) - You can apply for transcripts using the machine on the first floor of the administrative building.

  (4) Toeic 600以上 or EnglishScore 300以上 (英文證照可後補件)

TOEIC score of 600 or above, or EnglishScore of 300 or above (English certification can be provided later)

  (5) 申請截止日期 :2024年02月20日 (星期二) 中午12點 (不接受逾期)

Application Deadline: February 20, 2024 (Tuesday) at 12 p.m. (No late submissions will be accepted)

3.　USF線上面試日期：2024年02月22日，早上9點

      USF Online Interview Date: February 22, 2024, at 9 a.m.

備註: 詳細的面試名單和面試程序／時間將於02月20日下午在國際事務處的網站上另行公布。

NOTE:

  Detailed interview schedules and procedures will be announced separately on the International Office website on February 20th.

本校日間部四技二年級各系、進修部四技二年級各系之在學學生皆可報名。(包含五專生)

Eligibility for Enrollment: Year 2 students from all departments of the daytime program and year 2 students from all departments of the continuing education program. (Students from five-year vocational colleges are also eligible to apply).
