2024年7-12月研修；2025年1-6月實習

August-December, 2024 (study) ; January -June, 2025 (internship)

• 參加資格 Eligibility
  • 理解該研修學校之方案並提供佐證，共兩項：

Understand the SEG’s program information and provide proof. These two requirements are as follows:

1. 參與國際週期間舉辦的姐妹校方案說明會（A或B二擇一）

Attend the IAO International Education Week via Mode A or B.

1. 出席國際處舉辦之國際週姐妹校說明會，以國際處留存之簽到紀錄為憑。

The attendance record of the SEG Session held in the IAO International Education Week. 

2. 至EE-class 3 平台觀看該姐妹校說明會錄影檔，以學生E-portfolio所登錄之觀看紀錄為憑。

The viewing record on the EE-class 3 platform of watching the SEG session video.

2. 出席SEG在2023年11月29日舉辦之實體或線上招生說明會（國際處會查閱當天簽到紀錄）。

   The attendance record of the Information Session held on November 29, 2023, offered by SEG.

• • 語文能力：學術雅思5.5 (聽說讀寫任一不得低於5.0)；若有法語或德語口說能力同學者為佳。

Academic IELTS 5.5 (no band less than 5.0). Applicants with French or German speaking skills will be preferred.

• 甄選方式Selection Process：
  • 實體面試 (一對一)  1-on-1 physical Interview.
  • 面試時間暫訂為2023年12月13日(三) 下午14:00-17:00，請先保留時段。詳細面試細節視報名人數決定後另外通知。 如有課程衝堂，請先跟授課老師說明並請公假。

Interview: 14:00 on December 13, 2023 (Wed.) Please reserve your schedule.

The details of the interview will be provided afterward. If you have a course conflict with the time, please ask for an official leave from the teacher.

        所有資料須請提供英文版本，格式為PDF檔。包含以下：

CAAS or SHMS Application form. Please download the attached file. You can directly type on the PDF file.

*本校各科系有固定的媒合課程，不可做任何更改*

1. 1. 1. 2. 英文履歷表一份（請務必提供照片，大頭照或半身照皆可，格式不拘）。若有其他個人專業表現、語文能力、得獎紀錄證明等，可提供相關佐證資料電子檔。

One copy of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English. (Please ensure a photo is included; both passport-size and half-body photos are acceptable.) Additional proof of personal achievements, language, awards, etc., can be provided in electronic format.

1. 1. 1. 3. 歷年成績單英文版一份（含班排名，請務必至教務處申請正式版）。成績單尺寸是A3尺村，請確實清楚掃瞄，確認文字閱讀起來是清楚的再寄出。

One copy of NKUHT Academic Transcript in English (including class ranking; please obtain the official version from the Academic Affairs Office). The original transcript is about A3 in size. Please ensure the file is clear and readable before offered. 

1. 1. 1. 4. Motivation Letter. (格式及頁數不拘) (舉例:為什麼對瑞士方案有興趣?)

(no formats) e.g. Why are you interested in the CAAS/SHMS program?

1. 1. 1. 5. 護照資訊頁影本 Copy of passport information page.
         6. 英語能力測驗證明 Proof of English Proficiency Test*

*合格之英文檢定成績可以後補，最晚須於2024年2月23日前補交完畢*。

The proof of the English test can be made up later, but no later than February 23, 2024*.

• • 繳交方式 Submission
    1. 1. 繳交截止時間：2023年12月8日17:00前 （逾時不侯）。

Deadline: by 17:00, December 8^th, 2023.

1. 1. 1. 2. 請將所有文件轉檔成PDF檔，並編輯檔名為「班級-學號-姓名-檔案名稱」

例：「ITM 2A-40XXXXXX-David Chen-CV」

All files must be submitted in PDF format. Each file name should be formatted as “Class-Student ID-Name-Document Name”. EX. ITM 2A-40XXXXXX-David Chen-CV

Please email the files to liuty@mail.nkuht.edu.tw。Kindly clearly state the school you want to apply for in the email subject title. If you register for other schools at the same time, please send them separately. Application materials from different schools cannot be mixed.
