Study from September to December 2024; Internship from January to June 2025.

• 參加資格 Eligibility

1. 理解該研修學校之方案並提供佐證，共兩項：

Understand the EAHM’s program information and provide proof. These two requirements are as follows:

(1)參與國際週期間舉辦的姐妹校方案說明會（A或B二擇一）

   Attend the IAO International Education Week via Mode A or B.

1. 出席國際處舉辦之國際週姐妹校說明會，以國際處留存之簽到紀錄為憑。

The attendance record of the EAHM Session held in the IAO International Education Week. 

2. 至EE-class 3 平台觀看該姐妹校說明會錄影檔，以學生E-portfolio所登錄之觀看紀錄為憑。

The viewing record on the EE-class 3 platform of watching the EAHM session video.

 (2) 出席EAHM實體或線上招生說明會（國際處會查閱當天簽到紀錄）。

        The attendance record of the Information Session offered by EAHM.

2. 具備達標的英文能力(托福iBT 61, 學術雅思5.0, 或多益600)。

Be qualified for English proficiency certificate (TOEFL iBT score of 61 or IELTS Academic overall band of 5.0 or TOEIC score of 600).

• 甄選方式Selection Process：
  • 面試Interview。
    1. 預計安排2023年12月7日(星期四) 下午17:30線上面試。請先預留時段。

Only an online interview is required, which is scheduled at 17:30 on December 12^th, 2023. Please reserve time.

1. 1. 2. 面試地點: A棟四樓A405會議室。16: 50 開放報到，17: 30 准時開始。遲到者視同放棄，不得參與面試。

Venue: Meeting Room A405, 4^th floor, Building A.

Check-in opens at 16:50 and starts on time at 17: 30. Latecomers can not join the interview.

1. 1. 3. 若課程與面試衝堂者，須請公假。請先告知授課老師、上線申請公假後印出公假申請單，於考試日隔天之後將公假單拿至國際事務處蓋章。

If you need to request a leave of absence, please inform your course instructor in advance and submit an online application. Bring the leave of absence form to the International Affairs Office for approval on the day following the interview.

• • 繳交資料 The required documents:

        所有資料須請提供英文版本，格式為PDF檔。包含以下: All documents are in English and PDF, including:

                 1.  EAHM 報名表 (如附件) 

EAHM Application Form (as the attached file).

1. 1. 2. 英文履歷表一份（請務必提供照片，大頭照或半身照皆可）。若有其他個人專業表現、語文能力、得獎紀錄證明等，可提供相關佐證資料電子檔。
   2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English. (Please ensure a photo is included; both passport-size and half-body photos are acceptable.) Additional proof of personal achievements, language, awards, etc., can be provided in electronic format.

3. 歷年成績單英文版一份（含班排名，請務必至教務處申請正式版）。

One copy of NKUHT Academic Transcript in English (including class ranking; please obtain the official version from the Academic Affairs Office).

• • 繳交方式 Submission
    1. 1. 繳交截止時間：2023年12月5日17:00前 （逾時不侯）。

Deadline: by 17:00, December 5^th, 2023.

1. 1. 1. 2. 請將所有文件轉檔成PDF檔，並編輯檔名為「班級-學號-姓名-檔案名稱」

例：「ITM 2A-40XXXXXX-David Chen-CV」

All files must be submitted in PDF format. Each file name should be formatted as “Class-Student ID-Name-Document Name”. EX. ITM 2A-40XXXXXX-David Chen-CV
