錄取名單同學請於12月15日(星期五)上午9點起至12月18日(星期一)下午5點截止，錄取同學本人需親自寄信至國際處Judy的信箱確認是否要前往此方案，並繳交/寄送護照電子檔(已有護照者，若無，之後補繳)，以利後續美國姐妹學校核發入學許可信。(其他時間皆不受理)。預計12月18日起，國際處會將海外研修家長同意書email至錄取名單同學的email信箱，若選擇放棄錄取資格，則不須理會email。

Admitted students are required to confirm their acceptance of the program by personally sending a letter to Judy at the International Office mailbox between 9:00 AM on Friday, December 15th, and 5:00 PM on Monday, December 18th. The admitted students themselves must confirm their intention to participate in the program and submit/send an electronic copy of their passport (for those who already possess one; otherwise, it can be submitted later) to facilitate the issuance of the admission letter by our sister school in the United States. (No submissions will be accepted outside this timeframe.)

Starting from December 18th, it is anticipated that the International Office will email the Overseas Training Parental Consent Form to the admitted students' email addresses. If a student chooses to relinquish their acceptance, they need not respond to the email.

選擇前往美國南佛羅里達大學同學，請於12月22日(星期五)早上9:00起可開始繳交資料至12月25日(星期一)下午05:00止，務必請於繳交期間內繳交資料，其他時間皆不受理，逾時不候。

For students choosing to attend the University of South Florida in the United States, the document submission period will commence at 9:00 AM on Friday, December 22nd, and will conclude at 5:00 PM on Monday, December 25th. It is imperative to submit the required documents during this designated period, as submissions will not be accepted at any other time. Late submissions will not be considered.

預計113年1月份進行實習美國Tampa單位面試(視訊方式)，請錄取同學留意email信箱。

Internship interviews for the unit in Tampa, USA, are scheduled to take place in January 2023 via virtual interview. Admitted students are advised to check their email inbox for further instructions.

<注意事項>

1. 若國外實習甄選全部結束後，因當地政府簽證准證等問題，以致錄取同學無法前往原錄取單位研修者，本處將不另行專案辦理，轉由研發處協助同學參加國內實習甄選。若之後因疫情等因素，以致選擇前往的同學無法出發者，本處將依學校決議辦理後續。

If the application for a student visa fails to get approved, the student will be arranged to stay in Taiwan for the domestic internship by R&D Office. 

Please note that student needs to follow school’s final decision if oversea programs are suspended due to the pandemic concerns.
