￭ 主辦單位

荷蘭海牙旅館管理學院Hotelschool The Hague

￭ 目的

透過本活動，讓參賽同學將有機會與世界多所頂尖之餐旅相關高等學府學生交流，並與世界級的CEO互動，可增廣個人視野，並將知識運用於實際活動中。

￭ 辦理方式

• 由本校甄選學生代表參加初賽

由國際事務處辦理校內甄選，預計甄選3位學生參加初賽。

• 比賽方式

每間學校選送三位同學參加競賽，比賽採團體競賽的方式，分為：

  (一) 初賽 (Round 1): Qualifications in March以繳交報告方式辦理，通過者進入複賽。

  (二) 複賽 (Round 2): Semi-Finals in June (in Amsterdam)

  (三) 決賽 (Round 3): Finals in September (in Dubai)

• 初賽比賽內容

  (一) 參賽同學將在今年3月被指派一個與餐旅專業相關的競賽題目。

  (二) 參賽同學將所學的個人餐旅專業知識應用於競賽題目，提出一個具創新的解決方案，繳交

      2頁書面報告資料(可含圖表)，並於競賽截止日前以電子檔的方式繳交，由主辦單位選出進

入複賽的組別。

• 報名對象

本校四技各年級學生

• 報名時程

即日起至2022年2月22日(星期二)中午12:00止

• 報名方式

請於報名截止日前將相關甄選資料電子檔寄至yingchen@staff.nkuht.edu.tw，逾期不候。

四、報名繳交文件如下 (審查資料一律採電子檔，不限格式)：

  (一) 英文履歷表  

  (二) 相關英語證照

  (三) 參與國際交流活動或競賽相關文件證明

￭ 校內甄選方式

由國際處召集校內教師，籌備甄選委員會進行資料審查，國際處會另行通知報名者面試時間及指派一個題目進行面試，預計甄選正取3名及備取1名。

￭ 經費補助

若進入複賽或決賽者，參賽者住宿費及機票費全額由主辦單位贊助。

Sustainable Hospitality Challenge 2022

The Sustainable Hospitality Challenge is hosted every year by our partner school Hotelschool The Hague. A team of three students will be selected to join the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge to create and work on an exciting and challenging industry-related case in sustainability. The competition is open to all departments and years in NKUHT.

Sustainable Hospitality Challenge 2022:

Round 1: Qualifications in March (online – 2-page report + infographic)

Round 2: Semi-Finals in June (presentation in Amsterdam)

Round 3: Finals in September (presentation in Dubai)

Selection procedure:

Participants: open to all NKUHT students

Registration – please emal all required documents to yingchen@staff.nkuht.edu.tw  by noon, February 22, 2022.

Finals for selected applicants – (first week of semester)

• You will receive a small Sustainability Case for which you will need pitch to us  
• Personal Interview with  the International Affairs Office 

Fees: Accommodation and air fare will be supported by the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge 2022.
