<錄取同學需繳件資料>

預計2022年1月7日起，國際處會將海外研修家長同意書表格email至錄取名單同學的email信箱，若選擇放棄錄取資格，則不須理會email。

<同意書表格繳交期限>

選擇前往美國南佛羅里達大學同學，請於2022年2月18日(星期五)早上9:00起可開始繳交資料至2022年2月24日(星期四)下午17:00止，務必請於繳交期間內繳交資料，其他時間皆不受理，逾時不候。

預計2022年2月25日(星期五)進行實習單位面試(視訊方式)，請錄取同學留意email信箱。

<注意事項>

1. 若國外實習甄選全部結束後，因當地政府簽證准證等問題，以致錄取同學無法前往原錄取單位研修者，本處將不另行專案辦理，轉由研發處協助同學參加國內實習甄選。若之後因疫情等因素，以致選擇前往的同學無法出發者，本處將依學校決議辦理後續。

2. 若現有申請各縣市政府低收入戶補助之同學，選擇前往國外研修及實習者，請務必自行向所屬縣市政府詢問『長期未於國內居住者』是否會影響個人之相關權益後，再行考量國外實習事宜。

<Required Documents for Acceptance List for USF 2022-2023 Program>

★ Listed above are names of successful applicants have successfully passed USF virtual interview and be qualified for USF’s admission offer. 

★ Students on the acceptance list need to submit your parental consent letter from February 18 to February 24, other dates will not be acceptable (late submission is not allowed). The letter will be sent to your email by January 7, 2022. Please ignore the letter if you decide not to accept the offer.

★ Acceptance will have another virtual interview with the work placement team from USF on February 25,2022. Please pay attention to check your email for further information.  

【Note】：

★ If the application for a student visa fails to get approved, the student will be arranged to stay in Taiwan for the domestic internship by R&D Office. 

★ Please note that student needs to follow school’s final decision if oversea programs are suspended due to the pandemic concerns.
